Kayla has a Bachelor in Arts therapy and is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) as a Certified Practising Counsellor.

They are dedicated to creating a compassionate, creative space for healing, self-expression and personal growth. Their practice is grounded in the belief that art allows us to access parts of ourselves that words alone cannot always reach. And that through imagery, colour, movement, and symbolism, individuals are able to explore emotions, rewrite narratives and discover new pathways forward.

They work from a person-centred approach, offering a warm, respectful and collaborative approach and believe each person is the expert in their own life, and therapy is most effective when it is guided by your unique experiences, values, and pace.

They work with children, teens, and adults, with a particular interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating addiction, recovery, disordered eating, identity and life transitions in a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming space for all individuals.

Their practice focuses on holistic support to assist individuals to integrate all aspects of the human psyche by connecting the mind, body and spirit.
